Runs are set from 5,000 m of base cloth, which is what keeps the weave and the coating consistent from batch to batch.
Third-party tested
A representative primed linen-canvas sample passed CPSIA total-lead, phthalate and ASTM soluble-heavy-metal testing. Record available on request.
Base cloth composition
Base cloth
A woven linen blend containing flax. It has a natural woven character that all-polyester canvas does not, at a lower cost than pure linen.
It is not pure linen and is not supplied as such. For a 100% linen requirement this is not the correct product.
Labelling
Composition is listed in descending order by weight, as US FTC and EU 1007/2011 textile labelling require. It is the same figure your customs broker and your lab will see.
Priming: multiple coats of white primer. Surface arrives ready to paint or print.
